Detroit City Temple's Response to COVID-19
Local Church's Response
As of March 14, 2020, Detroit City Temple has suspended in person church services and has moved to virtual services following CDC recommendations to refrain from large gatherings.
During this time church services will continue to occur virtually. Members will be communicated with conference call information and zoom information accordingly. The following church services will continue to occur:
- Virtual Sabbath School – 10:00am meeting by Zoom conference call
- Virtual Worship Service – Livestreamed via Praizevision and Youtube
- Virtual Prayer Meeting – Every Wednesday at 7:30pm via Zoom
- Youth/Young Adult Fellowship – Fridays Nights at 8:00/8:30pm
Church members are encouraged to continue giving their tithes and offering via online giving. Select the tab at the top of our website labeled "GIVING" for more information.
Our church store is open on Fridays, 9:00am-1:00pm for pick up of orders. Orders are to be called in beforehand and will be brought out to the customer's car to ensure social distancing.
